Welcome to Mevero.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mevero websites, software products, widgets, integrations, account dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, installing a Mevero product, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. Description of Services

Mevero provides software-based business tools and integrations designed to help businesses manage and display selected business information.

Depending on the product and subscription plan, features may include:

Business information widgets

Google Maps integration

Google Business Profile connectivity

Google reviews display

Digital business cards

QR codes

Business contact information

Website embedding functionality

Business dashboards

Automated workflows and related integrations

Features may vary depending on the purchased product, subscription plan, marketplace, technical compatibility and availability of third-party services.

Mevero may improve, update or modify the Services from time to time.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including business name, email address, telephone number, website, business address and operating hours where requested.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for protecting your login credentials.

You must promptly notify Mevero if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Mevero Services require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included features and applicable taxes will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may be purchased directly through Mevero or through supported third-party marketplaces.

Where a subscription is purchased through a marketplace, payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds may be administered by that marketplace under its applicable terms.

Where Mevero bills customers directly, the billing terms presented during checkout will apply.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

We will provide any renewal notices, consent mechanisms and cancellation rights required by applicable law.

6. Free Trials

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial.

The duration and conditions of any free trial will be disclosed during registration or checkout.

For example, an eligible plan may offer a seven-day free trial before paid billing begins.

Where payment details are collected and automatic billing follows a trial, this will be disclosed before the customer confirms the subscription.

Customers may cancel during the trial according to the applicable checkout or marketplace conditions.

Free trials may be limited to eligible customers and may not be available for every product or marketplace.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers may cancel subscriptions through the applicable billing provider, marketplace account or cancellation method provided by Mevero.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

Refund requests are evaluated according to applicable consumer protection laws, the relevant marketplace policies and the terms presented at purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights, including applicable European Union consumer rights.

Where legally required, customers will receive information about withdrawal rights and any applicable exceptions before completing a purchase.

8. Account Setup and Activation

Some Mevero products require account configuration, business information verification or connection to third-party platforms.

Account activation may involve manual or automated setup.

Mevero will make reasonable efforts to complete the setup process within the timeframe communicated to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the information and permissions reasonably necessary to activate their purchased Services.

Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee immediate activation of features that depend on external approvals or third-party integrations.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Mevero Services may integrate with external platforms including Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Wix, Shopify, WordPress and other services.

Use of these integrations may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies imposed by the relevant providers.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid access rights and permissions for connected accounts.

Mevero is not responsible for third-party service outages, API changes, policy changes, account suspensions or limitations beyond its reasonable control.

If a third-party integration becomes unavailable, Mevero may modify, suspend or discontinue the affected functionality, subject to applicable contractual and statutory obligations.

10. Google Business Profile and Reviews

Customers connecting a Google Business Profile represent that they have the necessary authority to access and manage the connected business information.

Mevero may display business information, maps and reviews through authorized integrations, subject to the technical capabilities and policies of the relevant provider.

Mevero does not guarantee:

A specific Google search ranking

Increased customer traffic or sales

A particular number of reviews

Continuous availability of Google integrations

Approval or verification of a Google Business Profile

Google reviews and other third-party content remain subject to the applicable provider's policies.

Mevero is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers retain ownership of the business information and other content they submit to Mevero, subject to any third-party rights.

By providing content, customers grant Mevero a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.

Material violations of these Terms

Fraudulent or unlawful activities

Serious security risks

Requirements imposed by law or competent authorities

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Mevero will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Customers may terminate their use of the Services by cancelling their subscriptions and requesting account closure.

Following termination, access to paid features may end, and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements and legal retention obligations.

17. Disclaimers

The Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

Except for guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, Mevero does not guarantee specific commercial results, search rankings, revenue, customer acquisition or uninterrupted access to third-party integrations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or other rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mevero will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Mevero's liability for claims relating to the Services may be subject to limitations expressly agreed in the applicable purchase terms, provided those limitations are lawful and enforceable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

Mevero may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or operational changes.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected customers of material changes and provide any applicable cancellation or other statutory rights.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer's country of residence.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies determined under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or access to legally available remedies.
